Products not syncing
Last updated: December 22, 2025
If your products are not appearing or updating correctly in Marketer, it is usually caused by an integration or sync issue. Use the steps below to identify and resolve the problem.
1. Check your store integration
First, confirm that your store (for example Shopify) is properly connected.
What to do
Go to Settings → Integrations
Confirm your store connection is active
If the connection looks broken, reconnect it
A disconnected or expired integration will prevent products from syncing.
2. Manually trigger a product sync
If automatic syncing has not run yet, try triggering it manually.
How
Go to Products
Click Sync now
Wait a few minutes and refresh the page
New or recently updated products may take a short time to appear.
3. Check for sync errors or notifications
If a sync fails, Marketer may show an error message.
What to check
Go to Dashboard → Notifications
Look for any messages related to product syncing
Follow the suggested fix if one is shown
Errors here usually indicate missing data or a temporary connection issue.
4. Confirm products are available in your store
Products will not sync if they are not properly set up in your store.
Make sure:
Products are published and active
Products are not set to draft or hidden
Required fields (price, title, availability) are filled in
5. Refresh and retry
In rare cases, cached data can delay updates.
Try this
Refresh the page
Log out and log back in
Try from another browser or device
