Give Marketer Collaborator Access to Shopify

To find your collaborator access code in your Shopify admin, follow these steps:

1. Go to your Shopify admin.
2. Navigate to Settings > Users (or Users & permissions if your store is not part of an organization).
3. Click on the Security section.
4. In the Collaborators section, you will see your 4-digit collaborator access code. You can copy this code and share it with your CSM at Marketer.

If you need to change the collaborator access code, you can generate a new code in the same section, which will invalidate any old codes.

To accept incoming collaborator requests:

1. Go to your  Shopify admin.
2. Navigate to Settings > Users (or Users & permissions).
3. On the Users page, filter by the Requests status to see open collaborator requests.
4. Click on the collaborator request you want to manage.
5. Click Accept request to grant access.

Only the store owner and users with the Administrator role can view and accept collaborator requests. Collaborators cannot be assigned the Administrator role.
