How to Identify the Meta Dataset Connected to Your Shopify Store

Follow these steps to check which Meta pixel is connected to your Shopify store:


Step 1: Open the Facebook & Instagram app in Shopify

  1. Log in to your Shopify admin.
  2. Go to Settings > Apps and sales channels.
  3. Click on the Facebook & Instagram app.
  4. Click Open sales channel.

Step 2: View the Connected Meta Pixel

  1. In the sales channel, navigate to Settings
  2. Scroll down to the Share Data section
  3. Ensure the setting is set to Maximum
  4. Please note the ID of the connected dataset, which is visible in blue text.
