Your company description helps the platform understand your business so it can generate accurate ads and guide delivery.
The better the input, the better the output.
How the description is created
During onboarding, the system automatically creates a company description using data from:
Your website
Your Shopify store
If enough information is not available, the field will be left empty so you can fill it in manually.
How to edit your company description
You can update this at any time:
Go to Settings
Open Details
Edit the text under Company description
Click Save changes
Changes are applied immediately and used in future campaigns.
What to include
Keep the description clear and factual. You can reuse text from your About Us page or social profiles.
Include:
What you sell (products or services)
Target markets (e.g. home, outdoors, professionals)
Your niche or differentiation (what makes you different)
Business model (premium, volume-based, DTC, retail, dropshipping)
Avoid vague marketing language. Specific details help the system create better ads.
