Give Marketer collaborator access to Shopify

Collaborator access allows Marketer’s team to assist with support and store-related changes directly in Shopify when needed.

This is optional and does not affect how the Marketer app functions.

Step 1: Find your collaborator access code

1. Log in to Shopify Admin

2. Go to Settings → Users
   (or Users & permissions if your store is part of an organization)

3. Open the Security section

4. Locate the Collaborators area

5. Copy your 4-digit collaborator access code

Share this code with your CSM at Marketer.

If needed, you can generate a new code here.
This will invalidate any previous codes.

Step 2: Accept the collaborator request

After sharing the code, Marketer will send a collaborator request.

1. Go to Shopify Admin → Settings → Users

2. Filter users by Requests

3. Open the pending collaborator request

4. Click Accept request

Important notes

• Only the store owner or users with the Administrator role can accept collaborator requests

• Collaborators cannot be assigned the Administrator role
