How to give Marketer collaborator access to Shopify

Steps:

  1. From your Shopify admin, click Settings > Users and permissions.
  2. In the Collaborators section, copy the Collaborator Request Code
  3. Give the code to a, who will then request access to your store.
  4. Approve the request on the Users and Permissions page

  1. First, go to your admin store page
  2. In the top search bar, type in Users and permissions, then click on it.
  3. On the Users and permissions page, scroll down and copy the Collaborator Request Code
  4. Give that code to your CSM, who will request access
  5. Approve the request on the same page


Shopify Plus

Merchants on the Shopify Plus plan can generate collaborator codes in the Shopify admin by going to Settings > Users > Security.
