How to sync Shopify products to Marketer
Managing Product Updates
All product modifications must be made in your Shopify Admin. Any changes saved and published in your Shopify store will automatically sync with Metric.
Unpublished products will still appear under "Products" or "Collections" in the Metric app but cannot be used in campaigns until they are available for purchase. To activate them, update their status in your Shopify Admin.
If you update a product’s website link after a campaign is published, the change will not apply to the existing campaign. In this case, you’ll need to create a new campaign with the updated link.
Inventory Management
Customers are responsible for monitoring their inventory to ensure products remain active in ongoing campaigns. If a product goes out of stock, notify a customer representative or pause the campaign.
For Product Catalog campaigns, inventory is automatically tracked, and out-of-stock products will be removed. This feature does not apply to other campaign types.
