Products Not Syncing
If your products are not syncing correctly in Marketer, this guide will help you identify and resolve common issues.
Check Your Integration Settings
Ensure that your store or platform (e.g., Shopify) is properly connected to Marketer:
- Navigate to Integrations in your Marketer Settings.
- Verify that your Shopify platform is connected and active.
- If needed, reconnect your integration and attempt to sync again.
Manually Trigger a Sync
If automatic syncing is not working, try a manual sync:
- Go to the Products section in Marketer.
- Click Sync Now to manually refresh product data.
- Wait a few minutes and check if the products appear.
Check for Errors or Notifications
Marketer will display error messages if there are syncing issues:
- Go to Dashboard > Notifications to see if any errors are blocking product sync.
- Review error messages and follow suggested fixes.
6. Clear Cache and Try Again
Sometimes, cached data can prevent updated products from displaying:
- Clear your browser cache or try logging in from a different device.
- If using an ad platform, refresh product catalogs from their dashboard.
