Insufficient Funds

Your Marketer Wallet doesn’t have enough balance to process the order.

Solution: Go to Company > Wallet and deposit funds before retrying.


Account Connection Issue

If your Facebook, Google, or Shopify accounts are disconnected, the order may not go through.

Solution: Go to Settings > Integrations and reauthorize your accounts.


Technical Glitch

A temporary system error might be preventing the order from processing.

Solution: Refresh the page, clear your browser cache, or try again later.


Missing Required Fields

Some campaign details might be incomplete.

Solution: Double-check that all required fields (budget, targeting, creatives) are filled in correctly.
