Campaign not archiving
System Delay
– The archiving process may take a few moments to update.
Fix: Wait a few minutes, then refresh your Campaigns Dashboard to check if the status updates.
Campaign Is Still Active
– Active campaigns cannot be archived until they are paused.
Fix: Pause the campaign first, then try archiving it again.
Technical Glitch
– A temporary issue may be preventing the campaign from moving to archived status.
Fix: Try logging out and back in, or clear your browser cache and retry.
