Campaign not pausing


  • System Delay

– Sometimes there is a slight delay before the campaign stops running.

​ Fix: Wait a few minutes and refresh your Campaigns Dashboard to check if the status updates.


  • Technical Issue

– A temporary system glitch could be preventing the campaign from pausing.

​ Fix: Try logging out and back in, or clearing your cache and refreshing the page.


  • Account Connection Issue

– If Facebook or Google is experiencing issues, the pause request may not process immediately.

​ Fix: Check your ad platform connection in Settings > Integrations and reauthorize if needed.
