Campaign not pausing
System Delay
– Sometimes there is a slight delay before the campaign stops running.
Fix: Wait a few minutes and refresh your Campaigns Dashboard to check if the status updates.
Technical Issue
– A temporary system glitch could be preventing the campaign from pausing.
Fix: Try logging out and back in, or clearing your cache and refreshing the page.
Account Connection Issue
– If Facebook or Google is experiencing issues, the pause request may not process immediately.
Fix: Check your ad platform connection in Settings > Integrations and reauthorize if needed.
