Pausing and archiving campaigns
Learn how to pause or archive campaigns on Marketer to temporarily stop ads or remove completed campaigns while keeping your dashboard organized
Video Tutorial - How to Pause a Campaign
What Happens When You Pause Your Campaign on Marketer?
Your Ads Stop Running – Your campaign will immediately stop spending budget, and your ads will no longer be shown to audiences.
No New Clicks or Impressions – Your ad will no longer receive views, clicks, or conversions until reactivated.
You Won’t Be Charged – Since the campaign is paused, no further budget will be spent until you resume it.
You Can Resume Anytime – Pausing is temporary. You can restart your campaign at any time without losing data or settings.
Good to Know: Pausing frequently may affect the optimization and learning phase of your ads, potentially impacting future performance when restarted. 🚀
Video Tutorial - How to Archive a Campaign
What Happens When You Archive Your Campaign on Marketer?
The Campaign Is Removed from Your Active List – Archiving hides the campaign from your main dashboard but does not delete it permanently.
You Can’t Edit or Restart It – Once archived, the campaign can’t be reactivated. If you want to run the same campaign again, you’ll need to create a new one.
Your Campaign Data Is Saved – You can still access the campaign’s past performance marketer for reporting and analysis.
Use archiving to keep your dashboard clean while preserving past campaign data for future reference!
