Requesting a Revision if Needed


If your ad sets or creatives didn’t meet your expectations, don’t worry—you can request a revision before your campaign goes live. Ai does not always hit the mark and our delivery team does not know your brand as well as you do.

How to Request a Revision:

  1. Go to your Marketer Dashboard and open the campaign details.
  2. Click “Request Revision” to submit specific changes (click the "ellipsis" menu).
  3. Describe what needs to be adjusted (e.g., new images, different copy, or targeting tweaks).
  4. Our team will review your request and make the necessary updates before launching.

When requesting a revision for your ad, it's important to consider how different products interact with our AI’s background generation capabilities. Some products, such as supplements or small objects that can be naturally placed on a table, are easier for our AI to integrate into visually appealing settings.

However, more complex products with "bad product photos" or bad angles of the product can be trickier for our AI to cut out and position within a generated background seamlessly. In these cases, we ask for a bit of flexibility to allow our AI and creative team the time and space needed to craft the best possible ad creatives for your business.

By understanding these nuances, we can work together to ensure your ad not only meets your expectations but also performs effectively for your brand.

Once the adjustments are made, your campaign will go through a final review before going live.
