How to review and publish campaigns
Campaign in Review – What Happens Next?
Once you’ve submitted your campaign, it enters the “Campaign in Review” stage. This means our team is carefully auditing your campaign to ensure everything is set up for the best performance. This process typically takes 24-48 hours during business days.
In the Marketer application, this marks the critical review phase to guarantee campaign readiness.
What Happens During the Review?
Ad Content Review – We check your ad text, images, and videos to ensure they meet best practices and advertising guidelines.
Targeting & Budget Check – Our team verifies that your audience targeting and budget allocation align with your goals.
Platform Compliance – We ensure that your ad follows Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google ad policies to prevent rejections.
Performance Optimization – If needed, we make small improvements to maximize your campaign’s effectiveness.
How Long Does It Take?
The review process takes 24-48 hours on business days. If you submit on a weekend, the review will start the next business day.
What Should You Do While Waiting?
Check your email – If we need adjustments, we’ll notify you.
Ensure all accounts are connected – Meta, Google, and Shopify should be properly linked.
Prepare for launch – Once approved, you can start the campaign!
How Will You Know It’s Approved?
Once approved, navigate to the Campaigns Tab via the left-hand menu to view all campaign details.
You’ll get a notification in your Marketer dashboard.
Your campaign status will change from “In Review” → “Ready” once it is looked over from our side.
You can also access your campaign details through the Campaign Overview section to confirm targeting and creative setups.
If your campaign doesn’t get approved, we’ll provide feedback and instructions on how to fix any issues.
Campaign is Ready – What’s Next?
Your campaign has been reviewed and is now ready to go live! This means our team has completed the auditing process, and your ads meet all requirements for launch.
What Happens Now?
Your campaign will start running based on the scheduled start date if you start it.
Your ads will be delivered to the selected audience on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, or both.
Your budget will begin to be spent as soon as impressions and clicks start rolling in.
How to Track Your Campaign Performance
Once your campaign is live, you can monitor its results in real time:
Go to your Metric Dashboard – Here, you’ll see performance insights such as clicks, impressions, and conversions.
Check Key Metrics – Look at engagement, sales, and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) to see how your ad is performing.
Compare to past campaigns – If you’ve run previous ads, see how this one compares.
Can I Make Changes Now?
Yes, but with limitations:
Editable: Budget increases, ad creative updates (some minor changes may require reapproval).
Not Editable: Targeting and objective settings (you’ll need to create a new campaign if major adjustments are needed).
Pro Tip: If you want to test different versions of an ad, consider duplicating the campaign and running an A/B test.
What If My Campaign Isn’t Performing Well?
Give it time – Ads take 24-72 hours to optimize.
Check audience engagement – Are the right people clicking?
Review ad creatives – A better image or message can improve results.
Increase budget gradually – If the campaign is performing well, scaling up can maximize returns.

Requesting a Revision if Needed
If your ad sets or creatives didn’t meet your expectations, don’t worry—you can request a revision before your campaign goes live.
How to Request a Revision:
- Go to your Metric Dashboard and open the campaign details.
- Click “Request Revision” to submit specific changes (click the "ellipsis" menu).
- Describe what needs to be adjusted (e.g., new images, different copy, or targeting tweaks).
- Our team will review your request and make the necessary updates before launching.
Note: Revisions may add extra processing time, so submit your request as soon as possible!
Once the adjustments are made, your campaign will go through a final review before going live.
