Why Won’t My Campaign Publish?
Campaign Is Still in Review
- Campaigns go through an approval process that can take 24-48 hours on business days. Check the campaign status in your dashboard.
Check Campaign Status
- Go to your Campaigns Dashboard and look for the status.
- If it says "In Review," wait 24-48 hours (business days) for approval.
Payment Issues
– If your Marketer Wallet doesn’t have enough funds, the campaign won’t launch. Ensure your payment method is up to date.
Verify Your Payment & Budget
- Go to Billing/Wallet and ensure you have enough funds.
- If your payment failed, update your payment method and retry.
Account Connection Problems
– If Facebook, Google, or Shopify isn’t properly linked, your campaign may be blocked. Reauthorize your accounts in settings.
Reconnect Your Accounts
- If your Facebook, Google, or Shopify integration is broken, go to Settings > Integrations and reconnect.
- Ensure all necessary permissions are granted.
Ad Policy Violations
– If your ad doesn’t meet Facebook or Google’s advertising policies, it won’t be approved. Check for any rejection notices and adjust your creatives.

- If your ad was rejected, you’ll see a notification with the reason.
- Edit your ad to comply with Facebook/Google ad policies and resubmit.

– Sometimes a system glitch or platform delay can cause publishing issues. Try refreshing your dashboard or contacting support.
