Navigating the Campaign Dashboard in Metric.tech

The Campaign Dashboard provides a clear overview of active and past campaigns, their performance metrics, and configuration settings. Here’s what you can see and do:

Main Dashboard View:

  • Displays a list of campaigns with key performance metrics such as:
    • Ad Spend
    • Sales
    • Revenue
    • Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
  • Campaigns are categorized by status (Active, Paused, In Review, etc.).
  • You can filter campaigns using a search bar or sorting options.
  • The “Order Campaign” button allows you to create new campaigns.

Campaign Details Page:

Clicking on a campaign opens its detailed view, where you can:

  • See impressions, clicks, ad spend, orders, revenue, and ROAS.
  • View and edit campaign settings like budget, minimum ROAS, and start date.
  • Monitor updates and activity history (e.g., AI or user updates to campaigns).
  • View associated ads and promoted items linked to the campaign.
  • Pause or modify the campaign as needed.

Support & Navigation:

  • Sidebar Menu: Quick access to Dashboard, Suggestions, Campaigns, Company settings, and Integrations.
  • Support Chat: Available at the bottom-left for assistance.
