Why is my campaign paused?

My Campaign Stopped Running Unexpectedly

  • Manual Pause

– The campaign was manually paused by you or someone on your team.

​ Fix: Go to the Campaigns Dashboard and click "Resume" to reactivate it.



  • Insufficient Funds

Your Marketer Wallet balance is too low, preventing further ad spend.

​ Fix: Check your Billing/Wallet section and add funds if needed. We advice our costumers to have 7 days of ad-spend in the wallet at all times



  • Ad Policy Violation

- Your ad was flagged or disapproved by Meta or Google.

​ Fix: Review the rejection notice, edit the ad to comply with policies, and resubmit.



  • Technical Issue or Platform Delay

- Sometimes a system glitch can cause a pause.

​ Fix: Refresh your dashboard or contact us by email with the chat function or at support@marketer.com for assistance.
