Why is my campaign paused?
My Campaign Stopped Running Unexpectedly
Manual Pause
– The campaign was manually paused by you or someone on your team.
Fix: Go to the Campaigns Dashboard and click "Resume" to reactivate it.
Insufficient Funds
- Your Marketer Wallet balance is too low, preventing further ad spend.
Fix: Check your Billing/Wallet section and add funds if needed. We advice our costumers to have 7 days of ad-spend in the wallet at all times
Ad Policy Violation
- Your ad was flagged or disapproved by Meta or Google.
Fix: Review the rejection notice, edit the ad to comply with policies, and resubmit.
Technical Issue or Platform Delay
- Sometimes a system glitch can cause a pause.
Fix: Refresh your dashboard or contact us by email with the chat function or at support@marketer.com for assistance.
Tip: Regularly monitor your campaign status, budget, and ad approvals to avoid unexpected pauses!
